Our roots

In the year 2000 Matthias Meyer and Uli Springer formed a partnership and founded the Reitschule Catering & Service GmbH. Matthias Meyer has many years experience working in 5 star hotels (e.g. Kempinski Hotels), on cruise liners and alongside many well known caterers and Uli Springer is a successful gastronome in Munich (Kytaro, Café Reitschule, Gastronomy Gasteig). 2002 they became the new gastronome for the race-course in Munich-Riem and moved into their new offices and production facilities there.

New era

After 5 successful years of Reitschule Catering & Service GmbH the desire for a new company name, which symbolises passion for catering and events, arose. Taking the motto "eat 4 pleasure“ into account, a new name was born - eat. fine catering! With a new look & feel, a trendy and international name the course was set - eat. fine catering the new lifestyle-caterer.
