Tobias Gröber is head of ispo group and a member of the ispo team since 1997. The sports economics graduate has been responsible for the outdoor, ski and running community at ispo for many years and has worked continuously on the growing specialization of the world’s leading sports trade fair.

During the last three years, he established the ispo Outdoor Award, the Runner´s World ispo Award and the European Ski Award to distinguish future innovations.

He also expanded ispo´s promotion for the next generation and young brands by projects such as SkiLift and Greenhouse.
