Dr. Ali Ansari is a true cosmopolitan. He started his fashion career in Tehran were he launched his own label and found international recognition. He was hired to create the style of JOOP! Womenswear where he became chief designer.

At the turn of the millennium, Ansari’s emphasis turned to a new field when he became lecturer at AMD Germany, one of Europe's leading fashion schools for Design, Product Management and Journalism. In 2007, he was appointed CEO of the entire group. In his rare spare time Ansari is a jury member and consultant for the international fashion weeks in Berlin, London, Munich and St. Petersburg.
